Session 1: FF24 to FF25 – Raising the bar
We’ll celebrate progress since FF24 and set the stage for FF25.
Session 2: Offside and under pressure – Can we turn the game around?
Despite great initiatives, challenges persist—especially around productivity. This interactive session will tackle industry issues with a Ted Lasso-inspired twist, including audience polls, a Family Feud segment and live commentary. It will conclude with a live union-contractor negotiation to find common ground.
Session 3: Eye on the productivity prize
This session will highlight why productivity is key to Australia’s future. A recap of the leaders’ exchange will outline tangible steps for improvement, followed by insights from emerging leaders and government.
